The Struggles of Starting a SME
My father was a founder of an SME, which he founded in the 80s. It's a very interesting industry because it's very R&D based. The supply chain and the R&D part made it very hard company to manage. After four years doing that, I really felt I needed to change simply because I was arguing with my father all the time on how things should be done. So I decided to learn how to do it and I applied to Inseads. Of course everything there thought it was just stupid thing to do because he felt no need for money. But it was the best thing I've ever done so far.
