Bidenomics: A Vision for Greater Productivity

Biden has created a tight labor market in the US, but is there a vision there for creating what we'd call good jobs? Can those be subsidized into existence with the kinds of programs that Biden has created? Or does there need to be some kind of plan for greater productivity? And is that plan lacking in Bidenomics? I mean, I think narrowly seen the measures by themselves can't.
