The seventh motivator is science. This doesn't necessarily mean that you work in a data-driven role, right? You care about what's true. And so if you are someone who is motivated by aesthetics, then you probably care about other people's perspectives as well. Maybe you're interested in learning about artists or going to the museum. In some way, you are curious about exploring other people's POVs.
