Barrymore: You really have to watch room two, three, seven if you want to see that film in a new light. There hav so many hidden messages in it and subliminals,. It was all done very intent tonally. Stanley needed something to come back from berry lyndon. I think it's a masterpiece. But it is a very different film from the shining.
