The ad tier that is launching November 3rd. My big concern about this from Netflix's perspective is, is the cheaper advertising driven tier going to cannibalize the people that subscribe to the full freight and not be able to make up the difference in revenue for the ads? That is the question and Netflix, the COO Greg Peters said that they see it as neutral at worst or additive at best. This is a bad decision by Netflix. If you believe 1599 customers are dropping down to 699 and are willing to deal with lower quality, less content, no downloading, and five minutes of ads an hour after years of using Netflix without all of that. I think that risk is very low
