How to Be a Successful Coach
I love the fact that Dave hasn't settled and just become you know accustomed to I this is what I'm destined to do. He's continually challenging himself by changing the narrative going into the business side of it but then also upping the ante at club rugby level. Yeah thanks mate it has been really good to do something different, be honest with you. It's been exciting and I've definitely become a better coach from doing it. In 12 years working at a school you get pretty institutionalised so I think maybe at you know 10.02 every day when a bell will go off my head but I'll realise I don't have to be somewhere so that would be nice.
