Do You Think Devolving Control Is a Good Idea?

Sally Kohn: I think it's really fascinating this idea of devolving control rather than having it be centralized in some distant foreign government. In some sense that seems empowering because maybe you want the people on the ground to be the ones who are like taking care of the wildlife and understanding really the water flow issues. She says she also enjoyed our insights into the alien culture, including how they engineered their environments so that both species could interact even though they're very different from each other.
