The Importance of Phishing Processes
Phishing is eliciting information over the phone to try to get someone to take an action that may or may not be in their best interest. For our clients, we are trying to test processes that they have that maybe interact over the phone. So there's never been a script or a robocaller or an untrained call center person. It's always a certified trained social engineer that produces these phone calls.
