The Irish Data Protection Commission Issued Two Decisions
The Irish Data Protection Commission issued two decisions against Meta-Ireland. One was in respect to Facebook and one was in respect of Instagram. These decisions are mostly identical, almost paragraph for paragraph, just with some details changed because of the different characteristics of the service. They add up to a 400 million euro fine and also to perhaps a behavioral change on Meta-Spart - which I'm not sure if it happened.
