The Use of Steroids and Body Parts Splits

There seems to be this accepted notion that once people, once steroids came about, we introduced body parts splits and things like that. I'm not against a split in any way, shape or form. It's just enjoyable to do a set of 10 or a set of 12. That's why I generally say six to eight is going to be a good range for you. And then as you get more advanced, working up into 12s and then it just depends on safety.
