I feel like we could all, not just in the humanities, but kind of all of us, could use another decade to absorb statistical machine learning. And I guess this kind of brings forth a pretty important revolution. Maybe revolution is too strong a word, but certainly shift in how people in the humanities are capable of understanding the broad contours of what's been going on in the texts that they're interested in studying over time. Those aren't just technical tools. They're things I would like to see everyone almost become part of the intuitive way we approach stuff.
