Andi: I think ijem can have an impact in a few ways. Theory of change was one of which is this, you know, going to the jamber or going to ijem events and feeling like you're embedded in a community. And then designing that community in a way that communicates values about how biology, or how science s meant to be done. We try to express our values in how the competition is judged. Human practices are much more focused on reflecting your responsibilities as well as considering other people’s desires for their project.
