I think a lot of the kind of passive responses like why women haven't called it out or have just endured it is also genuinely like a survival instinct. I remember growing up so many of my friends felt this that when they were kind of felt really pressured to do something sexual it was easier for them to go on and just do it rather than like putting up a fight. It does feel like that is a kind of survival sort of reaction of like I just like need to kind of get myself out of the situation in like the safest way possible. Maybe maybe what I have to do is kind of play along for a bit and kind of exit you know? That's actually disturbing to think about
