No Strike Clause Part of Contracts

I think hat that ly, the notion of no strike claus part of contracts, i think is interesting thing. There are some unions that will actually do stuff around fighting it, but mostly people just sort of don't care. You wind up in a situation where it seems like you kind of have to plan your tactics around when contract negotiations are happening. And or, you know, we have this great american tradition that's not unique to the us. It's universal, really. And it's one that resignates with me breaking the law.
