The Technocratic Nationalism of Indian Railways

Arun Kundnani: We need to understand our own psyche and do some soul searching. Are our demands of the government what India needs or are they becoming popular? He says there is a great chunk of people celebrating this technocratic nationalism which I don't see as immanently bad.
