Is Your Classroom Over Decorated?
Ask a random sample of your class and see if they can explain a routine or procedure that you think is consistent. A random sample may actually reveal what needs to be retaught and reinforced a little bit better. Maybe it's very clear that there have not been enough interactions to generate, to remain load or maybe there's some extraneous distraction that's totally you know kind of getting in the way or some redundant.
