Will the New York Fed Banks Control Crypto?

The New York Fed banks intend to control crypto. It's going to be long life enough for BNY Mellon to get into it. But what it portends ultimately, I don't know. Does that mean we take crypto more seriously or does it mean that the banks are take or there's now a lot more muscle?
