Henry: If you are a business owner and you can provide your own tenancy as part of the package, you can hit a grand slam. And layer on cost segregation on top of that? Boom. It's like a house hack, but it's an office hack. Jamil: Otherwise I want nothing to do with office space to be honest. But if you have to spend the money and you're essentially house hacking, like Kathy said, I think that's an interesting approach.
