How to Use Maps in D&D
There is no ideal solution for using maps in your D&D game, but there are a lot of different solutions that you can try out to find the ones that work best for you. Consider how much they cost and how much time they take up,. How much space they take up, and how flexible they are. Think about those four criteria when you're considering your maps; then probably pick two or three that you think work really well for you. When you have those in your toolkit, you can take out the right one for the right time and use it to enjoy the game at your table.
