The Importance of Personalization in a Team Organization
I think the hardest thing for managers to do is to evaluate what people produce and not, you know, the levels of activity. The one size fits all part which always makes things easier, goes away. You have to customize and personalize, which makes your work much harder. I go back to a lot of self-control and self-discipline from working at home.
