Introduction
Eugene perrier: Nato is moving ever closer to russia's borders. Russia says nato has crossed russia's red line. We need a new system, we need a new society. The only true form of deterrence that is existing in europe,. and this has been the case going all the way back to, you know, the late 19 forties, is nuclear deterrence. In many ways, there are relatively clear ways to take a step from the brink, to establish peace in europe. But obviously, to say it like that feels almost genie-in-a-bottle sort of approach over? I don't think so.
