The Diminishing Opportunities in the Creative Fields

I think in a lot of creative fields, the number of opportunities is diminishing. The entrenchment of people who've always been in the creative leadership positions and like the executive positions is they're still there. And then as you see fewer products being made and, you know, brought to market, you see fewer opportunities to bring people to the fore. So I can see how you end up where it's very easy to end up with a show like this,. Where you're talking to when you come down to it, apretty small number of developers covering pretty small number of projects. More than half of them are the old guard and nobody thinks there's anything weird about that.
