The best way to insure that something isn't a quoton failure, is to get, is to extract value from it. If you've got 20 projects going for retention, but your retention isn't very good, then you probably can kill some of those projects because they aren't serving their function. I love the idea and the impetus to sort of think of a membership as a way to experiment with new things and new types of content.
