What Is Diachronic Emergence?

I don't understand what it means to be on pologically emergent in some different kind of substance Well now that's another good question and I actually have written a little bit about emergence. There's What some people call Diachronic emergence meaning that You you put together things that were previously disconnected into a organized whole And now they change Meaning even the parts themselves Change their properties. So this is a kind of Emergence, it's not It's not ontologically, especially problematic Um, and I think it's very important understanding Complex phenomena.
