When You're Going, the Leader Disappears

Every other day, we are going to have an all hands meeting on Zoom. We come together and say, how can we better serve our people during this time? And it's not about making money, it's about actually adding value and serving people. Some people are going to sit by idly and not think about that; others are going to use this to be more innovative or come up with new ideas.
