What Are Some Companies Doing Better?

i think the first reason is because companies don't put themselves in the shoes of their customers or their employees. And that's really so there's sympathy, which might be something where you understand what's happening to someone, but you're seeing it from your own perspective. Riht an, what we kind of observed was that this kind of perspective dates back to probably, oh, there's, there's many points in time that provide that historical footprint. But i would say more recently, in the last hundred or so years, back to 18 nineties, at least in america, that was the beginning of the first industrial revolution.
