How Do We Know What the Valuation Is?

The forever question on this prodcast that i'm constantly talking about, how do we ever really know what the valuation is? I mean, it seems like it's all just alchemy a certain point. A, i went and listened back, actually, to all our pod casts about valuation, and there were a few, we spent a lot of time on it. And people ke asking for some, um, some, like, written guidance on that, because it's hard to listen to numbers, you know. You just go by rule number one, it's tons of it in there,. exactly the process of figuring out a value of a business.
