The first place that i think it needs to change is with the fund raisers who are theare trying to raise the money. And like you just said, i want those people to be knowledgeable. I do a lot of work with boards, helping them to put together the right kind of board. It needs to be diverse. One of the big reasons is the boards can't stand it. If you're there to make friends, that's your social circle. Don't take that away from me.
