How to Be Aspirational in an Organization

I think there's some things I've been starting to think about for DFCs have been to also use them to teach organizational values or principles as well. One of the values that we've identified inside of our group are kind of like accessibility to machine learning tools, this idea of kind of like trustworthiness in the products that we build and then sustainability. And so all of those things are like really important to us. It doesn't mean you can't be aspirational at all, right? We should be aspirational about what we want to do as far as organizations to be able to make the world better"
