Is This a Rock Album?

If you're listening to this album straight through without a bunch of nerds yammering over it, there's barely even a pause between the two tracks. After that explosion it kind of makes sense. The drum solo is interesting just in the way it's recorded. It's quieter than you would think a drum solo should be. He seems to concentrate mostly on the snare drum so it just doesn't have that real loud, heavy foundation that you expect a monster drum solo to have. I also usually don't like drum solos. The only one I genuinely enjoy is Ringo's on Abbey Road, which barely even qualifies.
