The Importance of Telemetry in a Lecture App

The core telemetry set of libraries that you can take advantage of in your Phoenix app. You instrument an event, sometimes we'll say publish an event, but it's backed by ETS and not PubSev or Elixir message passing. It is up to you as an application developer who is the human person who can liaise with your business to determine how you want to respond to that event. Most library maintainers are really open to adding additional telemetry events because they're so lightweight. They don't necessarily impact performance in a negative way in the overall library.
