The Consolidation of Non-Bank Lending
I think we're going to see consolidation A, because it's just been the trend for the last couple of decades. One way to be able to afford it is either to have more scale or to merge with a bank that already has it. Also over time, healthy banks tend to acquire banks that are not performing as well. Then I think lastly, and this is a bigger story, you've seen non-bank lenders pick up market share.
