Is There a Gap in Incentives?

system wide incentives of almost any kind are usually problematic. We need rigorously allin the incentive of every agent with the well being of every other agent and of the conlements, with no gap. To the degree that there is gap, meaning that two agents have mis aligned interest and you have direct harm, right? Direct competition can express itself militarily, or through corporate competition that can involve disinformation, whatever. Exponential externality is exestential.
