How Much Omega Threes Should You Eat to Meet the Recommended Levels?

There's no official recommendations for the amount of omega threes that we should eat, right? Most groups recommend anywhere from like 100 to 200, 300 milligrams. But there are some studies to suggest that these omega threes can contribute meaningfully in populations that eat a lot of grass fed meat such as Australians and the Irish. And again, I don't know the I don't have the data, but my hypothesis would be if you have had a carnivore person that was eating grain fed meat for his grass fed meat, is that the blood omega 63 ratio of the person eating grass fed beef would look a lot better. Absolutely.
