Old Trafford could be expanded but the railway behind is a logistical nightmare. The technology now suggests that you can build up, you know, you don't have to build over and across which would maybe reduce the cost. But then there's also the option of building a new stadium on the car park adjacent to Old Trafford. You could still play Old Trafford whilst this is going on. It might be a bit difficult, but and that would cost a lot of money. I think there's definitely something in the emotional connection.
