Then the High Priest Sat in the Temple Teaching, and Peter Denied Jesus
All the disciples deserted him and fled jesus before the high priest. Peter denied it with an oath, i do not know the man. Then peter remembered the saying of jesus, before the cock crows, you will deny me three times. And he went out and wept bitterly. The book of proverbs, chapter 19, verses 21, 24. Many are the plans in the mind of a man but it is the purpose of the lord that will be established. What is desired in a man is loyalty. A poor man is better than a liar. The fear of the lord leads to life. He who has it rests satisfied he will not be visited by harm
