There are certain kinds of organizations that you might sort of look at suspiciously and be like, they're going to create insecure bosses. The people at the top of the organization really set the tone. And then also in terms of how work gets done, whether there's a steep hierarchy or more flat organization will encourage some of this behavior. If it's an organization that is incredibly conflict-averse, you're not supposed to disagree with others,. People hear that as you're an idiot.
