Feed Wrangler

feedrangler has been running for nine years, but is now in maintenance mode. The main work behind feedrangler was web development and it became less and less something that i wanted to devote time to. Ttiserit took to me, but i think it was too much in terms of the fundamental awkwardness of running a server oriented system.
