Do You Have a Remote Team?

For us, it was really important for us to have our team together. We hired up a local team um and then sort of in the last year or so, we have actually started tapping into remote engineers. I think that depends on what type of culture you want to build. But i think you could handle, there's a lot of stories ot companies that do remote, but you have to kind of start remote first.
