Kathy Iwani is co-founder of Coalition for Nuclear Safety. Formerly from Japan, she and her family moved to Southern California in the immediate aftermath of Fukushima. Sananofre nuclear reactors were shut down permanently in 2013. So much has gone wrong during this decommissioning process that it would actually take a series of full month nuclear hot seats to even begin to scratch the surface on it.
