The Role of Judges in Judiciary Review
Judges have to uphold the law as we have made it, even if we've made some mistakes. Viza v those deeper moral principles. The point of having rules is so that people know they're respecting other people's rights. But because it's not self evident, oh, you don't government should protect rights, therefore he should be arrested. We need this intermediate layer.
