i love your description of how the history of economics is has kind of emerged over time. When i first got into Economics, it was very narrow. It was talking about very broad problems but using very narrow evidence. And we had just moved so far away from that that i think we kind of wrote ourselves into oblivionfermany and now we've pushed ourselves back into actually being important to economics.
