I get a lot of emails from people asking me for advice, mostly young people, often young people from overseas that are coming out of their degrees. And I always tell them, get deeply involved and commit to some open source project. Make something and work on it because it's the ultimate free experience. You know, look at like wrestling, right? I mean, talk is cheap, show me the code. He produced, it doesn't matter. But his work speaks for itself. Yeah, internships are the same way.
