Is There a Limit to What You Can Get Out of Your Food?

I'm pretty high fiber at the moment, but what's quite interesting is that I don't seem to be able to keep the weight on with a high fiber diet as well. The appreciation of what fiber brings to human health is just enormous. In basic diets that, you know, the fiber needs to be probably higher than you get in at the moment for most people. And we're talking about people were money's not an object and yet still, we're seeing suboptimal nutrients across the board.
