The biggest bombing of the war, and they offensive, took place a year after the Pentagon Papers. Nixon wasn't forced out by an anti-war movement, out of that. He was determined to get it out in the worst way, as they used to say. And that's how he did it, in theworst way. Hardly anybody understands that, oh, believes me when I say it. It can't be absolutely proved, by the way, but that's a long story. There's a lot of evidence for it."
