You're Sleep Deprivated All the Time, Right?
Sleep deprivation is like being out in the desert, starving of water and then all of a sudden you can't get back into it. You forget about what it's like to feel good when you're sleep deprived. It just makes me think, how many of us go through our life sleep deprived but don't even know it? Your emotional resilience, your memory, ah, your decision making are hindered by not getting enough sleep. Sleep replenishes and regenerates those aspects of your brain. And maybe that's potentially what's happening with my body right now.
