What's a Sales Through McDonald's?

I had a 50-pound bet with my friend Tim Henry when we were 18 that there would be a sale through McDonald's by the time we were 50. And I had to pay out last year. He's moved to Australia, so I had to wire the money. There's a drive-through at the Eurotunnel. You can't really drive through it. Oh, of course it's in Hamburg. Where else would it be?
