I Think It's Just a Bizarre Quirk of Our System
The Delaware chancery court is the nation's atherapes slash a mediator for these large a corporate disputes. Most corporations choose the delaware venue because the chancery courss are seen as fair minded. They have a very large case load but so far it's been manageable, from what i can tell. I think they take their responsibility very seriously and their work load reflects that responsibility.
