Taking a company private insulates it from the sell-off that will happen from the index funds and hedge funds owning a lot of it which is very shrewd and clever if you think about it. The reason why Tesla is probably a huge haircut is because i just said that the baseline intrinsic value of everything is going to go up from the bottom. Twitter is machine learning and AI and out of all of the social networks the ones that still have the most amount of the human input of really articulated thought.
