The Dark Underbelly of the Russian Psyche

Being a Russian ethnically I bring with me the profound woes and sufferings of Russia, but by nature I'm an optimist. Dickens' Christmas Carol is one of my favorite works because I do believe that change can come at any time. It's never impossible to change as long as you can still draw a breath. There's something very optimistic about that.
